FAQ
Our products are recovered from healthy, carefully screened mothers at the time of a scheduled cesarean section. All protocols are in accordance with the FDA and American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) regulations and standards. They are regulated as a human cell, tissue, or cellular or tissue-based product (HCT/p) under 21 CFR Part 1271 and Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act.
Our products do not contain any fetal or embryonic tissue.
That depends on the type of treatment you will be receiving. Some treatments are cash pay based as well as insurance coverage too.
This answer does vary depending on the condition and the severity of said condition but most of the time only one treatment is necessary. If our provider feels that we would not be able to reach your goals with just one treatment here this is something that will be discussed upfront with our patients. We value our integrity and honesty with every single case we handle.
This question can be better answered by one of our providers after they have assessed your specific need but depending on the condition and the severity of said condition you may start to feel pain relief same day as treatment. Our patients usually see a great improvement around 6-9 months. We take great pride in the fact that we continue to follow our patients for one year to make sure they are progressing nicely.
Once again, this will depend on what our providers and the patient want to accomplish. Most of the time it is just a single injection to the affected area once we have applied a topical numbing spray. Our patient feedback is the discomfort from these procedures are minimal and short lasting.
Umbilical cord derived regenerative products are less invasive when compared to other forms of regenerative medicine such as bone marrow aspirate and adipose tissue extraction. This results in less pain and rehabilitation time for the patient.
